March Nature Calendar
Total Lunar Eclipse, Women's History Month, and International Day of Forests
A piece I started is to share conservation, environmental, and sustainability awareness dates happening around the world and throughout the year. While there is nearly a day for everything now, my hope is that these nature oriented dates can help remind you that in between the major holidays, there are organizations around the world working hard to bring nature to the forefront and awareness dates to remind us of the work that is taking place.
You can see February’s nature dates here.
These nature dates range from the littlest organisms, international movements, and the people including indigenous cultures, women, and BIPOC communities that have contributed to caring for the earth.
As you plan your month and are finding activities for yourself or your family to do, consider looking into the links provided for one of these days to learn more.
Set some nature goals for yourself. Which of these nature days sparked some curiosity for you?
Find out if any of your local organizations are hosting events near you to celebrate.

If there are dates that I’ve missed, please let me know and I’ll add it to future calendars.
If you found this useful, I would love it if you shared it with a friend. It helps me bring more nature connection into your life and helps others find their way here too.
And if you want to support this work in a small way, you can always buy me a coffee.
